- No exchange or refunds will be given on custom or made to order items.

- A store credit, exchange or repair may be granted for faulty items. This EXCLUDES wear and tear due to customer's own fault, incorrect sizing, change of mind, carelessness or not following care instructions. Please direct message Corvus Designs via Facebook or Instagram or Email email@example.com if you think your item is eligible for an exchange or repair.
- IF granted a refund or exchange, all items must be returned within 14 days (within Australia) or 30 days (internationally) of being received, and in the same condition (unworn) as the item was originally posted.
- Buyer is responsible for all postage costs if granted a store credit, refund, exchange or repair. It is advised to use a trackable shipping service such as express post within Australia or registered International.
- Shipping Costs are non-refundable.
